Close to the la county fair

Mattress needs to be replaced, air conditioner needs work sofa bed very uncomfortable

Friendly and professional staff. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Rooms were fine, clean, did the job.

There is a new trend at Marriott/Sheraton properties to charge for parking in a non urban location with an empty parking lot. They claim it is so non hotel members won’t park there but rather than get hotel guests something to put on their dash to differentiate us, they penalize guests by making you pay to park in their empty lot. Beyond shameful.

Large rooms, friendly staff, and nice property overall.

Parking, WiFi, and breakfast were all additional costs.

Thus property has an elevator that makes such a noise that it is impossible to sleep if your room is anywhere near there . Attitude of senior staff to this was dismissive and uncaring. Really dissatisfied with Sheraton

I've always enjoyed the rooms here. It is a cute hotel!

Things at this hotel have changed post-covid. I used to get free parking. Now I feel like they are charging for everything. Parking was $17 and then I was going to be charged to use the internet. For the price I paid for the hotel room, internet usage should be included. I also have a random charge of $75.00 on my credit card from my visit. What is that? I have stayed at this hotel for several years since my daughter attends ULV. I will look for another hotel for my next visit.

Clean, great room size, helpful friendly attentive staff.

Restaurant food not great. It was very short staffed.

The rooms and they don’t bring the stuff on time and charge me the extra for parking

The location was good, the cleanliness was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the staff was efficient and friendly.

The major downside of the room we stayed in was sound of the elevators at night, waking us up numerous times. Our room was immediately adjacent to the elevators. Staff acknowledged that was a problem.

Grounds and location were attractive. Room was very generously sized. Gym was adequate.

It was a bit run-down in some aspects - there was a bit of wear and tear - fixtures in rooms were a bit old, was surprised that there were no direct plug-ins for usb chargers for example.

Staff

My second time at this hotel. Both times I was there with my children for college visits to the colleges in town and both times I loved the rooms which are really lovely and the location to the Fairplex. After the college visits, we saw there was a Reptile fair at the Fairplex so we were able to walk to the fair and enjoy a few snakes and lizards at the reptile fair

the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious

the restaurant being closed was a bummer since there’s not really anything around there; the pool is nondescript and surrounded by parking lots. a bit strange

The staff was great.

Facility was older and a bit run down for a 4 star hotel.

We had concert tickets for the Pomona Fair and didn't want to have to drive two hours home late at night, so we stayed at the Sheraton Faiplex Hotel. It's location to the fair was so convenient. We would definitely plan this kind of Fair trip again!

Our reservation did not include breakfast but we still decided to eat at the hotel restaurant in the morning. We saw lots of people getting a quick buffet style breakfast, however we ordered and our food took more than an hour! It was a ridiculous time to wait!

we loved it there! it had a peaceful serene, feeling to it! the staff were all very friendly and helpful! Had everything we needed! will stay again!
