The breakfast was outstanding. The display was very inviting and the food was delicious.The pancakes and bacon was my favorite. This hotel is in such a prime location in Reston/Fairfax, VA. You have access to lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. George Mason University is also nearby. The parking lot is huge, so there's plenty of parking.
The advertisement was my biggest issue. I purposely booked the double bed/double room because it stated that there was a balcony. When I arrived at the front desk to confirm the room details, the receptionist said (in a sarcastic manner, in front of other guests) "we don't have balconies in this hotel honey! The windows don't even open!" I was a little embarrassed, so I just acknowledged her and continued to wait for my key. Also, the description stated that the room includes bathrobes. That was yet another let-down. There were no bathrobes.

Comtinental Breakfast was fresh and offers many options.
Confirming that my reservation included breakfast was confusing. The comcierge should have provided me with a ticket or voucher at arrival so there’s bo dispute with staff rather than giving us a receipt to sign and link to our room, then waive it afterwards.

I asked about changing room reservations from a king to a queen double they did move the room request but the room I was placed in was unclean and nothing worked properly and nothing was done about it. It looked like a party room that had yet to be cleaned.

The room they placed me and my family in was not clean the floor had huge spot all over it as if someone had spilt chocolate milk numerous times everywhere in the room. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom the windows weren’t cleaned and the tv didn’t work and when requested to fix nothing could be done.

Paid $22 per plate for breakfast buffet which ended at 11 AM, arrived at 10:30 AM. Each of us got one helping before the eggs and potatoes were gone when we returned. The waitress brought our check to the table 2 minutes after we arrived, making us feel like she wanted us to finish up as quickly as possible. She never returned to the table to refresh our coffee and there were no plates to clear since we all got just one serving. Although we were there for just one night room service knocked on our door at 9 AM, three hours before check out , when they knew we were leaving that day why would we need our room cleaned up at 9 AM? Scanned a QR code for room service and picked a bunch of items but had to call to complete our order and we were told we were ordering from an old menu , and to use a different QR code. New QR code menu included. No beverages so we had to call again. Constant drip from the shower onto metal drain Ing, a ringing sound. Finally placed a towel under the drip to silence the noise. Cord behind bed caked with dust.

I was overcharged for about $50 more than what I booked for at booking.com. I tried to talk to the front desk twice and was expecting a call from the manager but I have heard anything back yet.

Great atmosphere and nice all around! The staff was great, and the location was amazing.

Well yes I made this reservation for my husbands 50th birthday, to get away from the kids, and he was very uncomfortable, we were very tired and it took us close to 20 minutes just to get in the elevator.. we could not take the stairs because my husband has a bad knee..and our tv didn't work. and I asked for towels and I never received them.. so I will definitely say that this wasn't my best stay in the hotel. And the bacon at breakfast was disgusting, my husband spit it out it was bad.

The room was up to date and clean. It was very refreshing for the price and location. Very close to food.
Nothing it was a great experience. I wish I would have been able to stay longer to use the amenities.

Needs to be modernized a little bit. I have stayed here several times (a few years ago) and they still had same old furniture from my stays a few years ago… And bathroom sink had a bad sewage swell, (not really sure what that was all about)… And toilet bowl flushing water pressure wasn’t all that great…

The comfy beds, non smoking hotels, the receptionist were welcoming.
Asked many times for body wash in the bathroom. The main light in the living room was not working and the elevators were outdated.

During check-in, the staff was slow and unfriendly, causing a delay in the process. The room was uncomfortably hot as the AC was not working efficiently, especially in the current heat. As a loyal customer of Booking.com for over 6 years, I have never experienced such a situation before.
