I like the Hotel, location, and it's restaurant. The hotel is excellent in all of these as well as it is very clean.

My mobile could not connect to the internet for almost two days until it worked. The recptionest at the time did her job to help but it took two days to be fixed.

Hotel has a good jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool. I really like the gym, 3rd floor running track, and indoor basket ball half-court. Lobby gives an upscale look and its better than many 4 star hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in excellent spot and we can visit millennium park and river walk within 10 mins.

The following things were small hiccups which didn't impact our experience much but worth mentioning: - wifi was getting disconnected and could be a lot better. We had roaming on so it didn't matter much. - ice machine on 13th floor was not working for 4 days. - we called valet from room more than 30 mins before coming to the lobby, but he didn't not bring the car. It happened twice in our 5 days stay. However, the valet acted fast and brought the car in 5 mins once I mentioned that I called from the room.

The car park is expensive, but really convenient and easy to use, so I was glad to have that facility. Check in was straight forward and the staff were lovely, and our room - a suite with balcony - with just perfect. Clean, comfortable, nice view of the park and a glimpse of the water. There were two AC units and they both worked well which was nice, but I didn't manage to find a sweet spot, I was either too hot or too cold, but that's probably user error! We had a small fridge which worked great and a coffee maker, but only a couple of sheets of coffee - it would have been nice to have more as we took the 'green' option of no housekeeping service. Sure we could have asked at reception though. The hotel was extremely quiet given its location,and the location is perfect - walkable to many things.

Smell weed the whole stay, thick in our bathroom....and when you turn the heat up, you hear a clicking or cracking sound every 30 seconds or minute in the wall behind the headboard of the bed...very annoying when trying to sleep. Need microwave and breakfast included!
