Pet friendly with a fee. Pretty clean rooms but overall needs a lot of improvements.

The side door’s card sensor was broken so anyone could come in and out of the side door.

Location and staff was excellent for the journey we were taking. Wonderful place to stop, rest, and sleep before getting back on the road again.

Nothing, everything was terrific.

Front desk was so very helpful. Checked in about 1 am, owner was welcoming and offered help in getting checked in, beyond what would be expected .

It was conveniently located and check in was easy.

The facilities are dated. We had to drag our luggage up a long flight of stairs because there was no elevator. The carpet throughout is old and mismatched. The bed was EXTREMELY firm, so not comfortable. Breakfast included rock hard biscuits, cold sausage gravy and cold eggs. There was a microwave there to heat it up, but it was so dirty inside I couldn’t make myself use it.

The breakfast was good and sufficient. Friendly breakfast staff. Breakfast food was well stocked. Overall, nice experience.

Facility could be cleaner, could use some updating, and better decor. The lightbulbs in the floor lamp and desk lamp did not work.

Rude front desk clerk charged us a pet fee for our service dog despite iur md order. ADA card and his working dog service vest.. this was after interrogating my husband.about what type of service dog he was. I also contacted Wyndham customer service who contacted this person while I held on the line. She told Wyndham that our dog was "poorly trained and had been constantly barking since (we came in ( which is an interesting statement in that we were still in the car and had not even come into the building yet.
