Location in central chincoteague was good.
General facilities of room and hotel were OK.
We stayed in room 105 on ground floor.
There was a view of the bay, but spoilt by large ventilation system about 10ft from our balcony.
This was noisy and operating 24hrs per day.
The in-room air con was also noisy.
Not very good sleeps!
Breakfast hot buffet on Wednesday was overdone. Buffet was better on Thursday.

Everyone is always so friendly and the attention to detail is apparent. The rooms are top notch- clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect with amazing sunset views!

The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of verity. The staff was so friendly always a smile and a hello. Large room with a beautiful view. The room that we ate breakfast had a view.
The only problem I had was there where very few handicap parking spots. There was nothing else that we didn’t like.

The bedding had an oder.. not sure if comforter needed cleaning.. I just didn't use it.

the staff was super nice-asking how we were and if we needed anything. great variety for breakfast, 24/7 coffee!! room was very nice size and was well laid out. it was very clean and well stocked

Very clean facility, from public areas to every corner of the room. Very friendly staff! I liked that the hotel store was fully stocked and LOVED that coffee was available all the time. Our room was beautiful and had a lovely view.

I loved being on the first floor and right inside a door. The pool was a short walk. Breakfast was great.
