the hotel and staff where great,

it wasn't the hotel but the web sight, i payed extra per night to have a water view. my room was one of the very few that didn't have a balcony and you had to look at an angle to see some water. will not use this sight to book a hotel in the future.

Clean room, friendly staff. Only thing is I would not have staff clean pool 1st thing in morning at 8am so that guests could use pool

breakfast was ok? eggs not good, fresh strawberries or blueberries would have been nice in summer

The location is great, and the staff was awesome.

I booked a room that was supposed to have a patio but when I checked in I found no patio, only a window view. I paid 444.00 for a room with a window. I question the staff about a possible upgrade and of course that wasn't possible.

The location was very nice. Liked being on the bay side of the island.

For a beach resort area, the room decor was depressing, colors were drab on the wall, carpet was a dirty and a dark blue, wallpaper was peeling off parts of the wall. We have stayed in numerous hotels on the island, and they are all decorated in bright beach colors using beach decor. The rooms were a bit small. There was no luggage rack in our room. When we requested one, we were told they don't have them..really what hotel does not have luggage racks in rooms. Our room was over the hotel washroom so when the washers were in spin mode, our room would shake.

Good location!

I have never been in a building with such thin walls. I can tell you everything the people in the room next to us said. The women had a terrible cough and I heard her cough all night. They both snore. When she sneezed I said God bless you, she tanked me. Also our room had a very odd Oder!

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable.

No complaints at all.
