Roaches, no breakfast and the stragglers walking around

It was across the street from Chili’s and near family was visiting

Room smelled like smoke, shady people walking on the property, cotton balls stuck to the ceiling, bath tub had lots of hair in it, toilet seat was broke, cigarette holes in the comforter, the desk chair had rips and holes in it, fridge stunk, neighbors stayed up all night partying, people screaming in the parking lot at night, carpet was stained throughout the room an ac never got cold.

I was without hot water for three days and they didn't try to help out or fix the situation and I asked why wasn't I informed of this upon check in otherwise I would've book somewhere else and the reply was. Maybe next time you should and they hung up the phone. Three days like this.

Easy access to highway and food options.

Everything was awful. Smoking in the "non smoking" rooms. Dirty carpet. Dirty fridge. The tub had jets that were moldy inside. There were drug dealers above us coming in and out all night with the TV on, loud on the stairs. A cleaning lady opened the door while we were all in bed sleeping in the morning which scared me half to death. Just an overall horrible experience. One of the worst I've had in 36 years in Dallas.
