The breakfast was not good.. Coffee was too black.. no butter and not enough fruits

The price was affordable for the stay but I would have rather paid a bit more and been more comfortable. The staff was great!
Weird smell in the halls. The water came out very hot, I couldn’t get the water to work correctly in the shower. Breakfast was minimum. Pre packed muffins maybe an orange or apple. Cereal and one milk jug for everyone to use. No pool either

Good location and affordable. Good A/C.
Poor water pressure in my shower and a stained sofa in my room. Sad breakfast and they only had 1% milk and every other option for coffee was artificial.

the other two rooms were fine
only one room toilet had issue reported it in the morning Saturday and it never got fixed like nobody cared and didn’t even offer to switch us rooms don’t think we’re going to stay here again

They continued to fraudulently use my debit card for non-existent fees even after I checked out. Refused to communicate with me about the charges, until I called the police and filed a report. I would never trust that business with any debit/credit card information.

Website said breakfast and it was brown bags for the gursts. We were expecting a full continental breakfast not a breakfast in a bag.

The beds are really comfortable that’s why we’ve come back.
It says breakfast included. We’ve stayed before and liked their breakfast and that is one reason I pick a hotel. This time we got a bag breakfast. I was not happy.

it advertised breakfast included, there was nothing out but coffee. They need to take that off there page, because they do not offer breakfast. That is a must for us to stay!!

Barbecue Area
Having to lift the toilet top everytime we flushed the toilet, because it wasn't working correctly. We had to straight the flap part down correctly. Had to do it the whole first day we stayed there. Nothing was done that day when we reported it. It was reported several times. The man who checked us in looked at it and done nothing. Foundly got fixed the next day after having to listen to running water all night.
