Housekeeping was not keeping up with daily services. In my 4 night stay they did not come to take trash out or leave fresh towels.

Staff

They Gave me the wrong room . I booked a one bedroom king suite and git a queen room

rooms were really clean, and staff was really nice definitely would stay again

the elevator was a little shaky besides that definitely a great place to stay.

Missed a little breakfast Never like to pay for pets while kids stay free. We used to tip cleaning pretty heavy. Now expect hotel to pay them the pet fee. The pet ‘grounds’ was tiny and on a hill. I had trouble standing. My old pet did too. Local tv channels were not offered.

we went into our room and the smell was terrible. we didn’t stay because it was so humid and the smell was bad. we stayed at another hotel for the night.

The Elevator didn't work

Staff were very nice and friendly Room was comfortable , kitchen was nice

The walls to room are super thin , I could actually hear on the ceiling where the guest were walking upstairs.I was on 1st floor.There was an extremely amount of people making alot of noise right outside my room in the hallway. I don't know if it was staff members or guest but this occured all night I couldn't sleep...there was also a loud dog barking all night sounded like a big dog because it was a deep bark ....I has traveling along distance and just wanted a good nights rest to continue my traveling the next day but that didn't happen

I liked the size of the room and the location. I really liked that you could do your laundry for free. I was able to catch up on my laundry after being on the road for 5 days.

The elevator was not working. I had a lot of stuff to unload and, I had to carry my dog up and down the stairs because she has arthritis.

I like the hotel, very comfortable. I like the area is close to a bank, restaurant, coffee place. You have everything close. A mall, car wash, gas station, etc

The ugly blackboard you have in the reception.

The hotel was located near where we needed to be which was helpful, and the receptionist was very nice.

Good thing we were near our destination because we had to fight for every minute of sleep. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Anytime we adjusted ourselves, it creaked and was overall uncomfortable.

Liked the kitchen and bath faciities. The lady at the front desk was very helpful showing us how to work the TV.

Uncomfortable, lumpy bed, situated 6 inches from the wall on one side and about 3 feet from the wall on the other side making it hard for one person to get in without stumbling - bed should have been centered along the wall making access equal on both sides. Also there was only one bed-side table.
