We had a reservation but they were not able to check us in since we did not have a US driving license or US passport. We had to find another hotel late in the night. They promised to refund as we had to pay in advance however the refund has not been done to date.

This place had the worst breakfast of the many hotels I stayed in during May. No coffee!!! NO COFFEE!! Not in the rooms either!!! Your breakfast is packaged muffins. Maybe packaged granola bars too. Don't remember. No elevator in a three floor hotel. But I guess you get what you pay for.

unaware of $100 room deposit, redeemed if no smoking. doesn’t hit credit card for 3-4 days. should be listed in property policy. no ice machine.

I would have given the location a perfect score but the staff member (young black guy, kind of short, who works the evening/ night shift) upon check in was VERYYYY rude. To the point I was looking for different hotels in the area. I was willing to pay more for better service but unfortunately they were booked due to the SWAC championship in the area. We had a guest check in a few hours before us that warned us he was very rude to her as well. The 3 ladies during the day shift was absolutely amazing, very friendly and welcoming. They made my stay alot better.

When I arrived the property informed they did not have a room for myself and children. Since I was evacuating from hurricane Ida I began to cry. I went outside sat on the curb and cried. Suddenly the property found not 1 but 2 rooms. We checked in and found the room to be very dirty nothing in the kitchen area to use for anything. After paying for 3 nights we found another room at a different hotel.
