Owner was attentive and friendly. Checking and out was easy. It was east to catch public transportation from location. Beautiful view from the porch.

The Harbor House is a cozy, charming building overlooking a small beach. It's nestled close by a number of shops and restaurants, but far enough away from the majority of hustle and bustle. The property owner was kind and very helpful during our stay and our room was comfortable and inviting; our room was even upgraded to a larger room with a private bath for some reason, free of charge! It was very much appreciated.

The air conditioning unit in our room was rather loud when set to the "cool" setting, but the "fan" setting did the job just fine, so it wasn't an issue. A pair of guests also made a great deal of noise, but that's no fault of the owner, and they were promptly taken care of.

The B&B was excellent for a good nights rest and a quick bite to eat before heading off into the city. It’s in a residential area that is quiet but can become a bit lively at night due to the stunning views of the city. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I arrived a lot sooner than planned and he had a room available for me. Breakfast was very minimal with things like Bananas cereal and amazing croissants. One day there were some muffins, another day there was raisin bread. Overall it holds you over until you find actual breakfast. The coffee was very good as well. All in all it’s a great place to stay.

I was suppose to have an AC unit & didn’t. I would bring a fan with me if I make my way to the city again. I’d also recommend updating the shower heads.

Very easy to get to Manhattan

The property is adorable, and Mo was super attentive, even while his wife was in the hospital. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious and well-accommodated. Breakfast was perfect - not too heavy, but plenty of food. Great location with amazing view of the city!

The Breakfast was very nice and the view while eating breakfast was amazing. The location is great to get around and you have all necessary things like shops, restaurants, parks, bus stop(express to Manhattan) within a walking distance. The owner is very nice and helpful. He always asked us, if we need something and was there if we had any questions.

The innkeeper was very pleasant and helpful. The bed (king) was huge, could fit 3 adults in it and very comfy. In the room was a TV, lamps, place for clothes and fridge, very useful. Breakfast was very nice, good selection of fruit, pastries, oatmeal, bread, juice, tea and coffee. Lovely view from front of house. Shared bathroom was clean and spacious and just across hall.

Unfortunately couldn't stay our full booking due to one of our party not being able to manage stairs- not the fault of property as they don't claim to be accessible. Some wear and tear around windows in bedroom, but not a huge fault, just could do with lick of paint. Wardrobe was dusty so didn't want to use for clothing.
