Run down trash everywhere we decided to leave even though there was no refund. This was a major disappointment.

The beds were fine to sleep in

The entire motel smelled musty! The bathroom didn’t look like it was very clean with all the dirt shoved into the corner. Rings around the tub. :(. Mirror were spotty. There are no curtains, just a see through blinds and all the parking lot lights blinded us while we tried to sleep!

nothing…. we ended up not staying there because it was so disgusting. When we checked In the staff was not friendly. As we made our way to the room there was broken furniture and other odd things In the hallways. when we got to our room it was small and all the lamps and clocks were in the floor. there was no end table and the room was extremely outdated. we stayed a total of 10 mins and left because it was not safe for my children to be in the room.

I didn’t like anything about the property

Great price hard to find a room under 100.00…. Pool and hot tub temp perfect but had a very loud almost squealing hvac fan running constantly in pool area, could use some cleaning around hot tub area.. Room was very nice, clean sheets and towels… Overall a good deal for the $$$. You get what you pay for.

The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful, and was curious about my hometown, which was nice because nobody has asked me about where I'm from since we moved. She was extremely sweet.

The pool was broken which was our biggest reason for choosing the hotel.

It was close to the highway.

The road going to the property was not plowed completely covered with bumpy snow and hard to get through. Upon arriving some man was at the front desk that said he didn’t work there and couldn’t help us check in but check and he told us was at 3pm. The next day of our stay the heater in our room stopped working and this same man came up to the room to fix it, which was questionable considering he said he didn’t work there, nor did he have any type of identification or uniform. He spent 2 + hours trying to fix it while we were in the room and after that time stated he couldn’t fix it but had a space heater he could give us to use . Bedsheets were stained with yellow spots on each bed. The sheets, and comforter both. One bed didn’t even have a comforter on it. When asked for extra towels, they could only provide us with one and stated they had no wash cloths. I went to look at the exercise room to possibly use, the treadmill panel that covers the wiring was on the floor with all the wires exposed. This seemed extremely unsafe. There was a broken countertop against the wall in that same room and not a lot of space, or lighting seemed a little hazardous.

bathroom was not clean. the tub was dirty. needs to be cleaned with magic eraser as soap scum was all over the tub area. black mold on the wall under the sink and wallpaper was torn!

The room was dirty, there were pubic hairs in the the bath tub and around the sink area. We went up to the front desk and no was as around to help us out. AND also the breakfast did not open until 7am. We left starving!
