We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it is always great. The breakfast has a good selection and the breakfast room is nice and there is an outdoor patio right there. The location on the bike and walking trail is fantastic. It’s easily walkable to downtown, but away from the crowds. Staff is always friendly.

Front desk very helpful when other guests were disruptive

The staff could not get the billing straight. I booked two rooms, one for me, one for my daughter's family. Upon check and check out, we both presented our credit cards, but both room charges we added to my card. Hopefully we can get it corrected.

Bacon for breakfast instead of ham

The location is great. The front desk staff is accommodating and house keeping people are friendly and nice. Many young people work very hard to keep the premises clean. Kudos to them all.

The room was very tight and generally would not qualify as a suite. The bathroom was tight too. The furniture needed to be updated, and the room was dusty--which gave me allergies. I also felt sorry for the elderly lady to took care of the breakfast. She was unable to handle it on her own. Visibly upset, she went hissing and throwing tantrums--at one point shutting the lid of the chafing dish while I stood there about to serve myself. We could not enjoy our breakfast there even though it was included in our room fare. On the second day there were no eggs but only very heavy options. On the third day, we had eggs again but with bacon--not vegetarian-friendly. But the third-day staff was very friendly, and there were two women. Also the printer in the business center is not working--not a work-friendly hotel.

Michael was very friendly and checked us in without problems after we arrived late. During the next few days, Terri and another woman at the front desk were very helpful with tips on where to eat and what to see. The coffee is some of the best I've ever had; I drank too much of it every day.
