Location ideal, bed was comfortable

The bathroom wasn’t clean and quite a lot of hair in the bath and on the floor. The toilet seat had what looked like dried urine on the underside. The room wasn’t cleaned until day 4 of my stay; I had to ask for it to be done. The breakfast is billed as ‘luxury’; it isn’t. The pool was closed for ‘technical’ reasons.

Friendly girl at the front desk, clean bathroom and clean sheets. Very good location, walking distance to several places to eat. Breakfast bar was a nice surprise.

A bit dated, carpet was stained throughout the facility, furniture in the lobby was older and stained. Breakfast bar was cool but missing apple juice and cutlery and the eggs and bacon were not good.

For the price of 1 night it was decent. The room was a good size and staff was friendly

How I made a reservation and they put me in a handicap room and my reservation was booked for a regular room

Hotel was spacious & very clean. Gentleman on reception was very personable, patient & kind. Pool was great & breakfast exceeded expectations.

The hotel had no record of my booking via Booking.com. I had to re-book & pay the hotel direct, even tho' I had already paid Booking.com $208. I submitted a free cancellation request, but Booking.com subsequently said they had not received a reply. Having tried to sort it out on-line, the Booking.com system advised me to phone them. I could barely hear the first agent. He said he would call me back, but did not. I phoned again & talked in circles for 20 mins with someone I could barely understand. She said all she could do was re-submit the free cancellation request, even tho' I said repeatedly that Booking.com's communications were not getting through. Needless to say, I've just received a message from Booking.com to say they haven't had a reply from the hotel. Really frustrating. And I'm $208 out of pocket.

good location. much to do around the area.

the room smelled very musty. The rugs in our room had such a bad odor. Also, the room doors slammed super loud and you can hear it all night long. below you, above you and beside you. Really didn’t sleep well. Too loud.
