Tevin! He was absolutely wonderful. Whenever we needed information or assistance, he did it with a smile and was very helpful. He really made our stay enjoyable. His customer service was top notch and the best I had experienced in a long time. Kudos to him and whoever trained him.
My companion stated that there was dog hair in our room. He complained that the hair was on his clothes and he would have rather stayed at a hotel that did not allow pets.

The property was dirty. The doors seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned ever. The toilet seat had a cigarette burn in it and the suite smelled like someone had smoked in it before we arrived. There wasn’t much care taken to clean anything.
