clean spacious place with all amenities.

Despite the pictures making it look more dated than it is it was very nice, clean and well maintained!
The bed was not comfortable at all.

Clean, comfortable apartment, without the crazy extra fees charged by so many other services. The pictures don't do it justice, yes it's an older complex but our unit was well maintained. We'd happily come back again!

my reservation was lost from Booking.Com because of a system problem....good thing the front desk clerk was very knowledgeable with the issue and easily booked me into a condo......without this, I would have said my stay was excellent rather than good

Most comfortable and pleasing place in steamboat! Large rooms and units, with everything you need to feel at home. It is located in a very lovely area of steamboat, tucked in a neighborhood near the slopes.

Very spacious but cozy. Plenty of room and places to sleep. Responsive and helpful staff. Clean and good amenities. Was able to check in very late with no issue. So affordable and would definitely return to Sunburst!

It was very clean, cozy, quite, A LOT of room the back area was beautiful ❤️ the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Extra blankets in most closets, beautiful fixtures and a great view from the top of the stairs looking to the living room. 💓 Definitely going to come back!
Beds were a little hard, no TV in the top room, and didn't realize it was smoke free.

Location of the condo; quality of the layout, appliances, & furniture.
Refusal to consider early check-in as a matter of policy. No dish cleaning equipment except a scouring pad. Expectation that I load all dishes, glasses, and silverware, used or not, into the dishwasher upon leaving.

The location was close enough to downtown Steamboat Springs if you want to enjoy the nightlife, shopping, pubs/bars, etc. But everything we needed grocery store, restaurants and hot springs were close enough we could either drive, take the local bus or walk to.
Unfortunately, the hot tub was not available due to Covid restrictions.

Beautiful place, tons of room.. everything was perfect
The horrendous beds, 2 of the 4 guest will be going straight to a chiropractor when we get back into town.. that was the only thing that was wrong with this otherwise perfect vaca rental.
However not sure if I would rebook because of the bed conditions.. (honestly 💯worse beds I've ever slept in)
