The Condo itself was great. We didn't really cook meals there other than a frozen pizza and cereal but it had everything there if you wanted to do more. Location is the really great part of the condo. Short walk to Steamboat Square and Gondolas. Parking was easy too.

We got to Steamboat around 1pm and killed time until the 4pm check-in. We were really tired and one of the kids wasn't feeling well. We brought all our stuff up to the condo and had it sitting outside when the door code wouldn't work! Tried several times and called the Vacasa help line and they had me try several new door codes that didn't work either. After 15 mins on the phone the agent said he had to create a "ticket" and have someone get back to me. When I asked, & he said "soon, today". Definitely not good enough but he hung up and we were just left swinging in the wind. Tried the SMS help and basically went the same. An hour later I got an email with a new code that worked but never got a call from someone to come by or any type of "we're sorry" type response. Spoke with someone else staying at the same complex that used a different property manager and they texted him that the condo was ready early and to go in anytime. I would stay at the condo complex again but not at unit managed by Vacasa. Only negative on actual property is the hot tubs were hit or miss on different days whether they were working or not.

Slightly pricey

Very convenient location. 5 min walk out to the gondola with ski in. Washer and dryer were very nice to have.

Electric cook top needs to be replaced! Two burners were difficult to control. One knob was broken. Bathrooms are dated. Carpets are tired. Dining room chair has a huge stain. The cable wires were dangling from the wall (no scratch plate) and a kitchen outlet had an inadequately fitting scratch plate. No Attention to detail. Pots and pans were adequate.

Breakfast??

There was construction going on in the unit directly above us ALL DAY! Not just sawing and pounding, loud jack hammer and other loud equipment. No prior notification and no restitution even though I requested a partial refund!

Our family really enjoyed this condo. The furnishings were comfortable and attractive, the kitchen was small but nice, the beds were comfy, and the view was wonderful. Also very close to Wild Plum grocery, and Apres Ski restaurant. We would book it again.
