The breakfast was awful. We did not receive the room we booked through booking. com.

Very convenient to downtown Lancaster.

All of the staff that we came in contact with were very polite, thoughtful and helpful.

Location is very good, parking is close to hotel.

I did not sleep uninterrupted for 3 nights since door and windows are thin and not noise insulated. The room noise reached well over 60-80 decibel at times. Dogs barking from neighbor rooms for hours on end with no resolution other than telling me i can move rooms if i wish. Traffic noise is almost unbearable. The AC in room was 60 decibel plus and noisy people in the corridors. sadly the property is surrounded by what appear to be self many homeless people with substance abuse issues and that made me feel uneasy and unsafe.

Size of bathroom. Small.

Our room was bigger than expected and so comfy!! Great beds, AC units in both rooms, nice kitchen, great location and little to no light in the morning.

Nothing to not like but the doors when they close are a little loud

Staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Hotel was better than advertised.

interior is nice, looks refurbished, location is central, parking garage seemingly connected to hotel however there is no agreement for discounted price for guests; why not?

Wi-Fi signal is bad; if YouTube gets frozen and Wi-Fi is not pulling streaming - signal is bad; is signal is bad they why don’t you offer a better one for extra fee? room: supposedly the best -king suite with kitchenette - how come mini refrigerator was not plugged in on guests arrival? why doesn’t it have a freezer? bathroom: shower curtain smelled, water pressure is weak on the 4th floor barely able to take shower…. and the “best” toiletries by Dove: this is a dollar store item. in a room that cost 300/ night? seriously? also, late checkout is allowed to noon; but information is not given to cleaning service, so knocking on the door was before checkout time…. if this was not at premium price I would not mention, but plastic ware ? to sum up, management needs to reflect on guests experience before jacking up prices to 300 per night

There were a few things I didn't like, but nothing major. Overall, it was a very nice hotel, very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

The air in the rooms seemed very dry as if the AC wasn't working very well, and there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
