A super cute home with way more space than you could imagine! We celebrated my daughter's Sweet 16 with a girls trip for the two of us and her best friend. Kate and this home are amazing and we'd definitely stay again!

Lovely back yard. Comfortable. Host was fabulous!

A little warm in the attic. A little road noise overnight.

Location was great, walking to Lancaster Convention Center took less than 15min and was well lit even at night

Home was immaculate, very tastefully decorated and much attention given to all the details that guests might need. Such a great coffee bar (w/multiple coffee maker options), well equipped kitchen, thoughtful welcome basket, and very comfortable furniture (which we appreciated since we spent a fair amount of time hanging out together at the house). It's an easy walk to the center of Lancaster but in a quieter neighborhood. The hot tub was a wonderful indulgence in December! In warmer weather the lovely backyard and fire pit would be a bonus, especially for families with children..Kate was so prompt and detailed in all her communication and is a great host.

Absolutely the best place I've stayed. I travel often to 32 countries so far. This is the best property so far! I can't say enough about it. Great price, location, amenities.

What a beautiful place to stay, I cannot recommend it highly enough. Communications with Kate were exceptionally good, very clear instructions and questions answered very quickly. The accommodation is within walking distance of the town and is very convenient for the attractions nearby, is extremely comfortable and welcoming, just like walking into your own home, one of the best bookings I have ever made ( and I've travelled extensively )
