clean, comfortable, great location

there was breakfast included but the breakfast was at a sister property 1 1/2 miles away. this should have been disclosed at the time of booking as we like to take our breakfast back to our to our room for a leisurely morning. this was very inconvenient

The room was nice.

After taking a NON-REFUNDABLE fee was advised that there was construction next to the premises. If advised of this upfront we would have stayed elsewhere. Upon checking in we were advised we needed to vacant the parking lot the next morning, before checkout time, to accommodate a delivery to the construction site. Not advising of these facts beforehand appears to be an unethical and a pretty shady business practice.

Everyone and the property were great we enjoyed our time.

Our location was pet friendly but the backyard area was not kept clean of pet deposits by the other people staying at the location. I think signage indicating to pick up after your pet should be required.

Location - very close to the beach, roastery and cafe. Cleanliness of the unit, kitchenette, comfy bed, balcony and the sea breeze, free breakfast

Busy street on weekends. Noise from cars in the parking lot and kids walking at night.

Can hear neighbors on top, auto noise, people noise, driving just for breakfast, no A.C. The shower curtain was 12 inches too short so shower water flooded the bathroom every time - used towel to soak up the water. The lights switches into the living area were broken. To get them to work, I had to shake the switch on off until they worked. The parking spaces were very poor because they were too small and too many. It was very difficult parking and getting out as well. I scratched my auto on the doors from the landscaping as well as into the parking space hedge. To load anything into my trunk, I had to first back out some blocking the lot driveway - everyone else suffered the same problem. The driveway was too short as well. This is a rotten place to stay - too much for what it's worth.

cozy, great little kitchenette! we loved being able to walk to the beach and that our puppy was able to stay with us!
