Location from the beach and view of the ocean/Haystack was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the saltwater pool/hot tub/sauna room, and although the laundry room was a bit beat up, it came in HUGELY helpful at this point in our week+ long trip! Sunset was incredible (see pic)

My daughter got stuck in the pool changing room when the handle lock broke- this was also a plus for the staff however as when the initial appropriate method for opening it did not work, they didn’t hesitate to use another more immediate solution!

The location was great and the room was very nice with a comfortable bed.

It was a bit noisy with kids, but that wasn’t something I didn’t like, just something to be aware of if you’re looking for a quiet spot or a romantic location.

I loved staying in the queen studio. Having a full kitchen was amazing! It was clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were awesome! I would definitely stay here again.

We didn't have hand soap in our bathroom. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything in the rooms right next to yours.

Had the worst room in the place. View of the elevator with a peek of the parking lot! This hotel has some very nice ocean view rooms. Many of the non view rooms look toward the hills etc. it seems like this hotel like some others gives the Booking customers the crappy rooms. I would not book this hotel using booking.com in the future.

We loved our room. Our stay happened to fall on a very stormy weekend and since I had asked for a pet friendly room my expectations were kind of low. As it turned out our room had an ocean view - even a good view of Haystack Rock! There was a balcony where we could take in the scenery, a cozy fireplace, and full kitchen, so we were able to comfortably enjoy the Oregon coast from our room. There was also easy beach access and a restaurant right next door. We will definitely stay here again.

The coffee and tea offered in the rooms could have been better. Not a very big deal, we just drove into town to get coffee later.

The pricing for the room was good. The location was close enough to restaurants and entertainment.

The room was very small and overlooked the parking lot. Would have been happy it was one or the other. Maybe a larger room or a better view. We were clearly able to hear the people in the neighboring room next door from a shared closet.

Location near beach access was good.

Room was smaller than expected and the door to the room had no weather stripping so the wind blew into the room from around the edges of the door. The sound from this was extremely loud and particularly annoying when trying to sleep.

Location was everything

The furniture was discussing, sticky and old. I cannot believe there are Murphy beds, the fireplace didn’t work. Take a look at your chairs at the front desk- says it all. This place needs an upgrade BAD!

No adequate weather stripping around the entry door. Got pretty windy one night and it howls quite loudly. Not enough lighting in the parking lot area walking to MO’s.

The staffs were very nice and welcoming. The front desk staffs went above and beyond to help us and we got our room before the check-in time.

The room we paid was the cheapest ($200/night) and it was not equipped with AC which was not very comfortable when the temperature was almost 100 degrees. Our room also has a door that lead to another guest room which made it very creepy. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors’ TV.

There is no air conditioning and the room was stuffy. A box fan was provided for the window, but anyone could see into the room while walking by.

Location! Amenities : so nice to have hot tub, indoor pool and sauna to warm up after a rainy day at the coast. Or an indoor sanctuary to get in after a day of sun !

I liked it had a full functional kitchen (I didn't realize the room was going to have a kitchen). The view was great!!!

Getting woke up early by people stomping around. People should be a little more courteous to other folks when staying at a hotel.

Never leave bad reviews but this one deserves it. Booked a deluxe king, confirmed prior to my stay that I was in a king room with a refrigerator for my diabetic and food allergy needs, got there and was booked into a queen room that was tiny with no fridge. The front desk said there was a mistake and I only ever booked a queen. I asked if I would be charged for the king since that’s what my booking.com receipt showed and she assured me I would not. Had to throw out the groceries I brought since there was no way to keep them cool and had to drive into a nearby town for every meal since the closest restaurants didn’t have anything that worked with my allergies. Had a terrible stay and then they DID charge me the full price of a king room. When I requested a refund of the difference and sent proof of my reservation and payment receipts and explained what happened they told me twice they were ‘looking into it’ but it’s been over a month and no resolution. 0/10 will NOT recommend to anyone.

The room we had was great. The room was clean. The staff was great and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. They are very dog friendly too.

We really did not like the Murphy bed because we never slept on one before it was a little hard.

Summer prices are high

The room view was beautiful and the beach was literally steps away from the room. There couldn't be a more perfect location. Across the street is the greatest grocery store with very reasonable prices. No need to go anywhere but across the street for grocery items.

The room was extremely hot when we arrived. I immediately opened the door to let in the cool breeze and turned on the box fan. We had just been in the car for 7 hours so a hot room was not pleasant. Turns out that the pilot is always on and the fireplaces are stacked - so if someone below you has on their fireplace - the heat will also vent out through yours. Of course we were on the 3rd floor. I was unable to sleep through the night because we had to have the door open with the fan going - sometimes it was "too cold" and other times it was "too hot"so I was waking up every two hours to adjust. I really like to sleep through the night without interruption so this was very annoying. Additionally - I was charged for my service dog - even though I sent an email with the letter stating how she was being of service. When I mentioned this at check in - the attendant was rude and told me that they received the letter and still charged me the pet fee. At check out - the door lock stopped working. After trying to get my card changed 4 times - they finally called in maintenance to fix the door. This went on for about an hour and was pretty rattling as my ASD son was on the verge of a meltdown. I paid $700 for my 2 day stay and had higher expectations for service.

Excellent location, right on the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Loved the pool. Lots of parking spots.

Wish there was an option for 2 beds. Remote didn't work great for TV.
