A little lite for me ,partner said enough

The cottage is lovely, everything one could want in a B and B. Cozy and clean. Erica and Jim were perfect hosts, making themselves available as needed and providing delicious, unexpected breakfasts.

The bed was just way too hard for us and the quality of the sheets not so good.

Excellent location, close to downtown restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful, which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfasts were delicious!

Booked through booking.com and there was contradiction of booking payment from the top of page to the bottom of page. We didn't have issue with BandB, but with outside booking site. Will not use again!

Beautiful BnB run by a lovely couple. They were excellent hosts and accommodated our somewhat specific dietary requirements for the breakfast very well. Nice location and you can walk to the River Arts District easily. No complaints.

Amazing breakfast, excellent innkeepers, friendly other guests, plenty of parking, dog friendly, comfy large room (we stayed in Magnolia Sweet). Chickens on site for fresh eggs, close to everything, very comfortable! Will be back!

This is a personal preference and does not impact the quality of our stay because we are already talking about returning! The coffee wasn’t our favorite- both in the room and at breakfast, I am a bit of a coffee snob so I don’t believe others would even notice! A local option for different taste preferences in the room would be great.

neighborhood was shaky coming into the property. graffiti then a toilet sitting on the side of the road….. things you can not control

Nice couple runs it. Made special breakfast for me because of my allergies. Great location for Biltmore at decent price

The hosts were genuine, thoughtful, interesting and nice. The were welcoming, warm and relaxed. The food was the best meal we had on our trip. The menu was fresh fruit with yogurt, spinach and artichoke frittata...so good. The room was well decorated, clean and comfortable. The house was nice and well decorated. Overall the experience was just wonderful. It is the only place I will consider in Asheville from now on.

The room temperature was difficult to control. Would have liked to have had ice or a fridge.

Firstly Jim and Erica are lovely people and fantastic hosts. The cottage is easy to find, has ample parking and is in a brilliant location. Erica gave us a few tips which helped make our day out in Asheville amazing. Our room had real character and charm and had all we needed. Finally the breakfast... Wow... You can tell that these guys love and respect food - it was utterly delicious. It framed the perfect couple of days stay and we wish we were there longer. We'll definitely be back!

The food was wonderful. I swear, I will go back just to eat their breakfast. Room was neat, clean, and my husband and I had everything we needed. The owners, Jim & Erica, are good people with a good story to tell. The house’s location allows you to get anywhere in the greater Asheville area in just a few minutes.

Although you can walk to the river arts district the area felt a little cut off.
