Really unique hotel, super clean, well laid out room. Awesome customer service and really friendly. Easy check in/check out. Short walk to restaurants and the lake, great location and super reasonable rates.

Excellent location in town. The room is small but was perfect for our travel. Even though the temperatures were in the 20s the room was very warm. Bed was comfortable and the linens were top shelf.

Good location , next to the main trunk road in charming Chelan . The room was smallish , but comfy enough and very clean . Extra points for the attention of reception staff , who went the extra mile by sending us emails all the day long until we finally arrived to the premises

The staff were friendly and communicative. The location was central and it was easy to get around to everything we wanted to do. The building was clean and nice, and I didn’t hear the neighbors once.

clean, helpful staff, good communication, comfortable, quiet, Netflix and YouTube set up on TV! meticulous with added amenities like makeup remover, wine glasses, and remote control placed in ziplock bag shows owner cares about the small stuff! would definitely recommend
wish there was a bathtub (not just a shower) and a coffee table/small dining table. no place to eat in room.
