Outdoor area (needs cleaning and the farm tubs are ugly) , no controller for the TV , master bedroom had an ugly bedspread for a curtain, throw all the dishes and pots and pans in the garbage, could not park in the parking area because our code did not work

To whom it may concern, I would like to provide a summary of the mishaps and the condition of our condo, upon arrival and throughout the stay. I would also hope that the following details will aid in making your business as successful as possible. We chose to spend our money with you to our chagrin. There is a leak under the sink on the left side. A bowl had been placed to catch the water, but the water flooded the under the sink and covered the electrical outlets, caused a huge safety hazard and quite a mess. The bowl was clearly placed with intention and without follow-through. We spent the evening cleaning the floor and securing the electrical outlets. The surfaces haven't been dusted or cleaned in months. The surface above the refrigerator and on the kitchen counters are sticky and the space behind the toaster had a dead fly surrounded by crumbs. The mantel surface and the bookcase are laced with dust. The control knob on the dryer was missing and a pair of needle nose pliers were in place to control the dryer. Such a safety issue. The dryer was full of damp towels that had not been tended to. The blankets and bedspread in the master bedroom were full of sand. We didn't sleep under the covers as we weren't comfortable with the cleanliness of the sheets. Fortunately, we brought our own pillows. The small wares; cups, and glasses are dismal and not enough to accommodate the occupancy of the reservation as described. The patio furniture needs attention as does the cleanliness of the outdoor space. There are 5 burnt-out light bulbs, 3 missing window shades, and a blanket tied with plastic garbage bags hanging in the master bedroom. While I can appreciate your rules and the requirements of the guest's behavior, I am disappointed that the same level of respect and quality is not returned. The condition of this space is by no means the quality that is presented and advertised and I would not recommend these accommodations.

Quietly and Location

No barbecue in my unit but you can go to the pool and use it.

They did not thoroughly clean the condo! We found food on the floor, crumbs on the counters, wrapper on bathroom floor, and fingerprints on fridge. Made us wonder what they did or didn’t clean, which is not a comfortable feeling.

Deck, location near a park, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen.

We were sent the wrong code for the unit and couldn't get into the garage or the unit. It took quite awhile of waiting on hold to reach anyone. The unit description does not mention that the second bedroom has bunk beds. It should.

location was lovely, contactless check-in and out was streamlined and easy.

When we first arrived, an air freshener was left in the condo that was so strong and gross, even though we left it outside and opened the doors, you could still smell it on the day we cleft. The futon/couch was barely usable, the springs are broken in the cushions and it should be replaced asap. The balcony furniture was not cleaned so we couldn’t really use it. Road noise was loud for the front room, and there were people arguing late on the entry one level above so it was loud as well in the front room. check out is very early.

It was spacious and the hot water worked

The door codes kept changing making everything very inconvenient.

love the location ! central to everything and walking distance to a winery :) lovely views of the mountain from floor 2 and up! can walk to the beach and dock for a nice view . playground behind property for those with kiddos !

the pool room is a bit loud when a lot of people are in there, however there is a nice balcony attached to escape the sound !

Hot tub was 85 degrees. Only up to 95 degrees day 2. All the games in the room had missing pieces or parts. Unable to play. Otherwise. Nice stay

The instructions for the gate codes were confusing and the light outside of our unit was not working so it was VERY dark outside and unsafe.

The location was great on the set up of the unit it was really nice. The bbq and kitchen were great. The pool and hot tub were awesome!

The parking space we were assigned was very difficult with our vehicle. The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable and the door going onto the balcony is a full window and the blind was missing. The balcony was really dirty and there was no way to clean it.

property management sucked. listing said it slept six. bedding was not provided for the pull out couch. when I called they asked me to drive to Walmart and buy my own sheets. And offered a $25 credit. which I did not receive. they provided the sheets the next day, AFTER I had to call and ask for them again the codes to get into the parking garage didn’t work. gates to stairways were propped open or broken so luckily we could get into the unit.

Location was great.

Floors were dirty. Stained all our feet black. Also no extra linen for the sofa bed.

The location of the complex was great. It was easy to get on the main road and to downtown. There is also a water front park minutes from the complex.

The listing says there is a gym/fitness center but I could not locate it. When I contacted support they were not help. Also the parking pass was not in the room and again support was no help.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. A soap dish in the main shower would have been appreciated, but not available. Could have done without the shredded couch pillows. But all in all, very adequate, and as we all 3 agreed, recommendable.

What could have been better was interactions with Vacasa. After complying to a non-refundable full payment, after answering questions that seemed to stop short of my grandmother's maiden name, I only had one request: I needed entry info other than through "email specifically" on the day of arrival at 10AM, which was the only thing being offered. A text perhaps, or an earlier while I still had wifi for email. And even so, NO EMAIL ARRIVED UNTIL 3:08PM, and then only after I made a specific request for entry info.

the property was very clean and in a great location.

I had to call to get my code and it didn’t work when we got there so I had to call again. When taking the garbage out, the keypad was broken on door for using to walk around the building to get back in. the main bathroom toilet was plugged the whole time.
