Location and the pool

The floors were dirty when we arrived and there were cobwebs and dead bugs in the window seals.

Suitable for family stay. Good location, very close to the lake. Kids love the pool

Only one bathroom. No enough storage in the bathroom. Some fixtures are loose in the bathroom. There is a remote but I don't know what is used for

This was our second time staying in this cabana and we loved it. They updated the flooring and it looked amazing. It's cute, clean, and its close to everything. We will be back w third time.

Wish the first bedroom had a TV.

Location is great! BBQ area! Would rent again!!!

Toilet rocks-loose, no coasters on tables, needs a binder with information on wineries/restaurants/entertainment/ passwords for WiFi etc. Pool not heated-freezing.

It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The house was perfect. Will definitely be back

The front door key didn't work very well. Had to play to get it to unlock the door.

Nice location in Chelan near the park however it was on the main road... bedrooms were back from the road so it was quiet in the evening.

First.. it wasn't obvious ... even with GPS directions where the place was.. they should have told us it was next to Worldmark... Even at the Tourist Information center, it wasn't obvious.. Directions were given about collecting the key from code for the lockbox but it was stuck and hard to do because 1. the lockbox was high on the the door frame and hard to see 2. when the code was entered, you had to press up on another key.. and that wasn't obvious... had to call the VACASA place and wait for someone to get to us.. Finally, a third party came and showed us how to open and close the box The key system.. oh that was a fiasco and we fought with that for the entire time we were there... trying to follow the directions that were given.. forget it.. put the key in... turn to the right and push the lever down... but you had to have the EXACT right timing and pressure.. I couldn't convince VACASA or any of the people helping us that maybe... just maybe something was wrong.. and I had to waste many hours calling, worrying, waiting and trying to follow THEIR directions to no avail.. I think I was able to open the door 2 out of 10 tries... not good. The place was dirty.. especially the bathroom.. with hair and awful stuff in the bathtub and scum in the toilet.. gross.. This was supposed to be clean by COVID standard.. sorry.. it was awful!! And part of the fee was a cleaning fee which should be redeemed because we left the place cleaner than it was when we went in..

Wi Fi didn’t work- and when we told vacasa they were not helpful in resolving the issue. It never was resolved Only one key to the property - so pain to juggle between schedules/activities No “binder or packet” to explain the property

Internet information didn’t work. The internet id provided did not show up and the password did not work for the other networks available

Towels were nice

On the street, noisy, not clean at all! Filthy with scratches all over walls, shower curtain we washed because it was disgusting, tub wouldn’t drain because stuffed with hair, carpeting filthy. No dresser in 2nd bedroom, no counter space or cabinets to put anything in bathroom. 1 tiny little soap for 4 people. We had to buy bath soap. 3 coffee cups...we bought one so the four of us could have coffee This place was a complete rip-off
