I loved the location so much I could move there! Beacon Hill is gorgeous and you really feel like a local when you’re staying here. An authentic Boston experience and a very short walk to the gorgeous Boston Common and Public Garden.

It was a pretty small apartment and there weren’t many supplies in the kitchen (such as basic spices and oil).

The location was great. Kitchen perfect for our needs. Elevator great for our elderly parents since we were on the 5th floor. Gentleman did come to clean very dirty air conditioner vents in bedroom only. Pictures were sent. Very quiet neighborhood.

Notified property contact that toilet handle was broken. Temperature control was unacceptable. We were inside about 18 out of a 24 hour day. We were traveling with elderly parents. Bedroom was too warm every night, morning and day until we left for a few hours. Air-conditioner had to be "reset" at fuse box about every 1 hour if we were to get any cool air in the bedroom. Thermostat didnt seem to work despite having both thermostats on the same setting. I'm sure the thermostat could be set for cooler in the bedroom and warmer in living room but we couldn't figure it out.Vents were very dirty. No instructions provided for thermostat regulation or what to do before leaving the property.

Clean, modern, trendy, safe, and comfortable.

The two bet room suite was on the first floor facing the Main Street. The Main Street is busy and super loud and the windows offer zero sound proofing. Bring your ear plugs or no sleep for you.

Great old Boston neighborhood. The location in the Beacon Hill neighborhood was ideal. There are several great restaurants and breakfast spots within a short walking distance on Charles Street.

Photos on Booking.com showed an in unit washer and dryer. There were none.

The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Charles St. Tons of shops and restaurants. Small market on the street. Top of the street is both parks. Easy access to everything!

No bkfst provided. Loved the recommendation for Tatte! Hide-a-bed actually comfortable for one - not sure how it will fare over time. Neighborhood great, easy to access the places we wanted to visit.

Many places have a binder w/ info on how to adjust a/c, cost of laundry, resources in the area of Boston. I appreciated the field guide, just didn't feel it was complete enough for apt and greater Boston.
