Heat didn't work in the room, so they sent a maintenance man to fix the heat, he was in the room for close to 2 hours. Then the heater caught fire in the middle of the night, it was around 3am that we wake up to the smell of plastic burning. They then switched us to another room and was rude during the whole process.

The rooms smelled like straight garbage all smell like smoke I got an allergic reaction to the cigarette smoke and they told me it was a non-smoking room yet it was coming through the other rooms

staff was not available at check in didn’t get the accommodations I booked staff said she was fixing TV but my husband seen her return in vechile with a man had to call to finally get staff member to come to office!!! sheets were stained wasn’t told they’d be coffee in lobby next morning wasn’t told where ice machine was located wasn’t supplied enough linens for showers knowing there would be 4 guests!! so I won’t be returning to this facility!!

I enjoy the help the staff always helps my husband with me as I am disabled

this time they charged a extra $10.00 for my 3lb service dog and they have never done that he don't mess in room and has never destroyed anything . I am on a very tight budget and I have to stay in a hotel 1 or 2 times a month and the $70. Is already hard me as it is then add $10. More I wasn't expecting was very hard but I did find another hotel to day on here for a lot cheaper and has higher stars so I'll let y'all know how Americourt in Elizabethton is .

I like the fact that they were willing to please me

Well I didn't like the fact that the first room we got into a walking to the bathroom and I know they had to be 20 condoms and blunt wrappers and tobacco all in the toilet so we ask for another room and they were more than happy to give us another room

I rented it for my brother & was told to send a picture of my card and ID to their email. I asked if it would be erased after she said yes. So the next day around 12:18 I was alerted of a charge from them for 87$ I asked what it was they forwarded me an email that wasn't my email, name or phone number saying they received that to process another night. I told them it's not email I sent it from, the name on card or ID or the phone number I provided on here, my information was supposed to been deleted how did they process another payment? No response I called they hung up so I filed it as a non approved transaction. They should have refunded every dollar to my account.

The staff was super sweet!! And the price was good! That's about all we liked. Sorry!

The hotel is quite old and needs updating..... paint chipping, walls different colors, etc. Bedspreads had several cigarette burn holes while being in a smoke free room. Also the room did not smell good either. We were afraid to use the sheets and pillows on the beds, so bought new pillows and blankets to use. The linens and towels had stains on them as well.

Are you kidding me? There was mold on the sofa, no safety on the door latch and the door was difficult to open. I asked for a refund and refused to stay after the first night.

Everything damned thing. I will never use your service again!
