The area itself is not the best, much traffic on 6th Street where it's located, and many transients are present, mainly at night.

The place perfectly located close to our reason for being in Klamath Falls, OR. To begin with an the staff onsite were amazing people highly recommending to friends an family.

Didn't dislike any part of the facility it was amazing can't wait to make another reservation.

worst bed I've ever slept in half of the light bulbs were burnt out I was afraid to use the stove the provided cookware was disgusting the bedding was no where near comfortable and not enough to keep me warm

This place is a dump. The room we were given looked nothing like the pics online. As soon as we walked in it remakes of cigarette smoke. We pulled back the bed covers to reveal stained sheets. The mattresses are very soft, thin, and old. The a/c unit exhaust in one bedroom had tape used to secure it. We left after 20min, simply didn’t feel safe staying there with all the loitering in the parking lot. They refused to give me a refund, but my cc card company came through, thank goodness! It’s priced low & reflects that in person. We thought it was an hourly motel for adult activities, based on the foot traffic on the property, cigarette smoke wading in the air, and vibe of the place.

kitchen was very good. So was lightinv throughout. proprietor was super nice.

It definitely wasn’t fancy, but we were fine with that. Brd was comfortable.
