The location to everything was amazing!! It was close to eating areas as well as shopping and museums!!

A lot was closed at the time of our visit.

We loved staying at this property! Our room was more than we could have wished for. It even had a small kitchen. We had a corner room with a view of both the creek and the harbor. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and were given a helpful package upon arrival covering any questions we might have had. Sara, the manager, was a delight! She even drove us to and from the ferry. We hope to stay there again someday.

The hotel location is excellent, I liked our accommodation being right in the middle of Creek Street, a historically registered site. It's convenient to dining, shopping, and offers complimentary shuttle service to the airport ferry. The staff are wonderful, they treat you like guests in their own home. I would definitely stay here again.

Guest should realize that these buildings are historic and "Alaska rustic." They do require walking to and from the front desk and steps to the rooms. I love this rustic atmosphere, but it may not meet the expections of others. This is not a criticism, just a heads up for trip planning. These are not Hampton Inn and Marriott Fairfield type properties, but this is Alaska folks and most accommodations are basic and neat, just like the Inn at Creek Street. I personally wouldn't want it any other way. Enjoy your stay here.....We loved it!!

Comfortable and easy access to everything and the bus. Loved the area, sitting on the deck outside and the creek. The kitchenette was great and the mat on the kitchen floor. Kind of a crazy point but the bathroom sink area needed a mat.

No view...Our view was the alley. The smell was bad outside and I realize it's part of the creekside and spawning salmon.

Great, scenjc location. Very comfortable room with good views. Transport provided by the hotel for transfers. Excellent info by email before the trip.

Although the staff were really helpful and friendly, due to their multi tasking the reception desk was often left unmanned.

Beautiful view, nice little hotel. We laughed every time we were in the room as it is so old you can feel the floors slanted and the room we would joke about it.

The room was a little small we didn't have anywhere to put all our luggage and it was just in the way on the floor, bed, luggage chair. otherwise, no complaints.

Good general location by Creek Street,

getting to the rooms was like walking through a garbage dump.

Everything is just great here, it's an old time favorite place to stay here in Ketchikan. Friendly staff, great NY Cafe right underneath the rooms. Close to everything as you're in the heart of downtown Ketchikan!

This Inn was just awesome! Located on the famous Creek Street, which is centrally located in town and walking distance to most everything. For seeing things out of town there is a free shuttle and great busing system that gets you wherever you want to go. The room was super clean, very comfortable, safe and had everything you need. We got one with a kitchenette and it had a cooktop, fully appointed with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, silverware, sink, etc. We loved our stay and the staff was amazing!! Went above and beyond to make our stay great!!

Loved the convenience of this location & that it is within walking distance of lots of boutiques, restaurants and bars and the marina!

The weather was rather warm and there were no AC to accommodate (temp in room was 78). Even though it was warm there was a nice breeze, but windows did not open. Bed was advertised as a Queen but felt more like a Full. The placement of the bathroom door is awful ~ like you have to shut it every time, then there’s no ventilation.

Great location, shops and brothel tours at your door step; the Creek running through the boardwalk adds to the charm. Service, especially Sarah exceptional. Staff takes care of the front desk, run shuttles to/from airport, help with baggage and cater to your needs.

If you like luxury and pampering, not for you… but Rustic charm was happiness for travelers like us.

The hotel reached out to us that they would pick us up from the ferry drop off from the airport, which really helped. The New York Cafe was next door, and the hotel gave us vouchers for 1 free coffee each. The location was rish next to Creek Street and so close to the bus stop which can be taken to get to most places. The rooms had full coffee making facilities with good quality coffee
