The property owner handled the transaction professionally. Refunded my payment when I was not met to receive the keys

Booking.com showed the property as being available for booking for the one night despite the fact that this is against the policy of the property. I booked the stay with the expectation that someone would be there to hand over the keys..... when no one arrived we were forced to make alternative arrangements. Again this is not the fault of the property owner, Booking.com should not have shown the property of being available when it wasn't.
