The food at the restaurant. We enjoyed lunch both days. Excellent!! The hot water in the shower was actually HOT and that a plus.

Needed towels. Weekend crew kinda missed the mark on Sunday.

It was not clean as it should have been spots over tube, dust ball in closet. everything else was wonderful

we were going to the Taft theatre and it was very well positioned

The heating controls were not easy to use and the bed had limited covers so we had to request more as I was cold over night

Perfect location for our needs. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

parking was AWFUL! I paid $$$ for an overpriced room and then had to pay for a parking garage that was around the block. I had to lug a suitcase down the street by a bunch of homeless people. My room also wreaked of weed, the front desk offered to move me.

The place was beautiful. The location exceptional. And the staff magnificent.

Lovely hotel with nice decor. Good location.

People in the room next door were making horrendous noise for two hours between 12:30-2:30am. Called reception twice and got hung up on the second time by the rude front desk staff member. They did eventually move the noisy people. Brought up the issue at checkout and the front desk clerk ignored my husband when he said it so he had to repeat again. The response he got was ‘we will try to get you a quieter room the next time you stay’ lol such a cop out.

Wonderful location, comfortable rooms and excellent bar staff.

Location was great for the ballpark and the bed was comfortable
