I enjoyed my stay and will stay again

The living room was very nice. I spent most of my time in that room. I also liked having a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The room was also clean. Staff members were also friendly.

The bed was not comfortable. It was very hard. I think in-room televisions are due for an upgrade. The TVs are small and there are no smart TV options. It would have been very helpful if I could have logged into my Netflix or YouTube accounts on the TV. At the price of the rooms, better TVs should be provided.

Best deal if traveling with or without a pet.

We were traveling with our dog and our adult daughter. We stayed in a king suite.... which is like having two rooms. It was perfect. Bed a little hard but that was the only issue. Restaurant for dinner was very good as was the breakfast. Definitely looking at a Best Western In NY for return trip we are taking.

Bed could be a bit more comfortable.. it was hard or have an optional mattress topper in the closet to put on

Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. No other noisy guests. Close to a drug mart we could walk to.

There were no HDMI cords at the front desk we could use (not their fault) :(

It was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. They offer free breakfast. Check out is at noon.

Pleasant hotel; nice location. It was definitely not worth the $368 that I paid for the room!

A great disappointment.

There was a nice Terasse.

Our room was on the pets floor which was NOT announced in the Booking description. The Wifi was extremely unstable and even we complained no one could fix the problem. I never had such worst connections in other hotels. The breakfast was served in a windowless cellar room where also two dogs are present and barking. Moreover the bred was removed half an hour before the end of breakfast time. By far not worth the price of 215€ per night - even on the 3-4th of July weekend I former times we often choose BW but in the future we will switch to other hotels.
