Bed wad comfortable. Quick and easy check in. Breakfast was nice.

The room was horrible. It was smelly and dusty. I could hardly breath in the room. When I asked the manager to move to a different room she said it was sold out. There was a big insect in the bathroom.

I was supposed to receive a $282.24 rebate as I left early but it was credited to someone else. The front desk was informed of the mistake but they have not called back. I have documentation.

The hotel smelled like stale cigarettes... the elevators were old and dirty the rooms dated and the sink took a full day to drain the water out. The walls were paper thin and I felt like I was in the same room as my neighbour's. It is definitely not worth the price paid...

The smell of the place, the cleanliness of the place and how the staff at the front desk presented themselves. They kept running outside for a cigarette break... overall the place was not a 3 star hotel and I would say it would struggle to be a 2 star. The housekeeper was nice and honest tho all that was missing is bed bugs and roaches...
