The breakfast provided is just institutionalized food that's never very good so there's not much to say beyond that;; one of the employees working at this hotel I think his name was Ned who went above and beyond what anyone would have expected and I certainly appreciated it
Provide ice machines on each floor; provide daily housekeeping; I received $20 from the $50 damage deposit there was there were certainly no damage done to the room it was left in pristine conditions so I don't know why I was charged $30

The staff was amazing. They made sure we were comfortable and satisfied.
The refrigerator stop getting cold for about 12 hours. But it was fine because we didn’t have any food/ drinks that really needed to stay cold or frozen.

I arrived at 11pm and was given a room on the freeway side of the hotel. I went immediately to the front desk and asked to be changed to the rear side of the hotel on the parking lot side. She said she had to give the rooms out according to the que in the computer. Meaning in lamens terms she said she had people coming at 2am she had to give rooms to and was going to assign them the rooms on the parking lot side. So I said I'm here right now, I should get first dibs on choosing my room.
That I can choose a room on the backside because I am there at 11pm not the rent out rooms according to a computer log when they're available right then in actuality.

Stated once I arrived a CC was needed for deposit but my card would not be charged.
I was charged 2x for 1 night stay.
I'm still trying to get refunded.

Nothing went well. On arrival at 2:30 a.m. (flight delay) the hotel was closed. No lights on. No cars. Nothing. We came from Canada and never even received an email before leaving our Country!! Never again would we use your hotel properties. Carolyn Hutton

Great location of I-95
The beds are not very comfortable. The air conditioner made loud noises all night was to hot to turn it off. Did not contact front desk as we were exhausted from traveling and I had my elderly parents with me. Didn't want to have to move everything for a 1 night stay. Rooms need some brighter lights

this was a nightmare the hotel was close they shutdown it and we where there alone, at almost 9:00 pm tired after a long trip,
at least notification that it was close at that time we where lost
nothing it is shutdown and did not set any notification we are 65 and 67 adults, tired and now what we do? horrible experience
we had budget and had to pay much more for the stay that is not fair

Bathroom sink faucet very difficult to open and close and water sprayed all over the place.

it’s nice and secluded
that there’s a 250 holding fee that wasn’t shown here on the app before booking and that it’s just sheets on the bed no actually thick cover .

They actually have a real breakfast for you, not just a continental breakfast.
They put a $250 hold on your card that’s suppose to drop when you check out. It’s been 6 days since I’ve checked out, and the hold is still on the card.

Booked a room with two queen beds, got there and got a room with one queen bed and no air; changed rooms but had to pay more. No problem and staff was nice but not what was planned through booking
