Staff was questionable.. I booked a deluxe room and the young lady gave me a room that wasn’t updated to a deluxe I went there & came back explained to her that’s not the room I booked she insisted that it is a deluxe when I educated her on what their deluxe room stipulates as per website .. suddenly she offered to put me back in the room that I had stayed there before in.. then when a white guy walked in she started trying to hurry me so she could get to him.

Requesting Refund every since the night of July 19, 2023; we showed up to Red Roof Inn in Vero Beach, FL and was not accommodated: Attention Anthony and Red Roof Inn staff: On the night of July 19, 2023 my husband Ricky Ragin and myself Tonya Ragin arrived at the Red Roof Inn. Upon arrival we sat in the car and made a reservation through the Booking.com App; received confirmation. Ricky went inside with the confirmed reservation and my debit card to get the room key, but was denied the key and access to a room. He asked why we can't be checked in, and the staff said that the owner said do not give us the room without any explanation. We then requested a refund, but was told that we have to get the refund from Booking.com because we booked the room through their app. We are requesting a refund for not being accomodated. We didn't stay at the hotel because we were denied access to a room; WE WERE THERE! WE SHOWED UP!! We requested a refund through Booking.com as well, but was informed that you falsely and deceitfully reported us as a no show on the form and used their virtual card to access the money for the reservation; therefore preventing them from refunding me my money. I kindly ask and request that you refund me my money via my debit card or my bank account for not being accomodated that night, or kindly give your verbal consent via phone call and/or send your written response confirming that we showed up that night to the hotel to the multiple e-mail(s) that Booking.com has sent. I stay there all the time and every time was a great stay. they are the only place that excepts dogs. and they are treated well. They always clean the rooms and ask if there is anything else I need.

The prices on the vending machines are very high.
