Stairway was creepy and dirty

Bed was soft and the staff was nice

The first room I got has nasty had hair in the sink ashes all in the floor the trim was falling off the walls bed sheets and covers was dirty! Got upgraded to the suite get to that room that was dry dirt in the bottom of the tub and a spill from the door on the room all the way to the first bed!

Smoking room, free breakfast, convenient location. Decent pricing if the pool was open for use.

The pool was closed all weekend. They didn't state while booking that it was closed and would be all weekend. The pool for my grandchild is why I booked there.

Bed was somewhat comfortable

It was absolutely filthy disgusting. Holes in walls, everything was broken, toliet seat and toliet paper dispenser was falling off. Flooring was all coming up. Food, or something sticky, was all over nightstands. Floors hadn't been swept. There was something all over the bedskirt, don't want to know what it was🤢. There was something, that looked like a shoe print, on the sheets. Really hope it was a stain and that they wete clean. The trash hadn't been dumped from previous guests, curtain was broke from rod. Fire alarm was broken and had tape hanging from it. Sink wouldn't drain. Elevator hadn't been cleaned in who knows when. And it smelled like dog!

I reserved a kind for a queen still has to pay for a king. Big dogs barking at night. No towels in my room. My keys never worked to get in my room. Popcorn on the floor in my room. Bedding dirty and stained. Wasn’t worth the price.

A king bed would have fit the two adults and one child. How about give me the $10 refund I would have only had to pay $70 for a queen bed.

The location to the racetrack

Hair dryer wasn't working, AC was leaking, showerhead leaked after being shut off.

They checked us in early.

The room had broken tiles in the bathroom. Two night stands were just a shell ( no insides). Dips in the floor, cracked walls. The picture on the wall had male genitalia drawn on it.

The place was filthy. There wasn't even a shower curtain. The area behind the bathroom door was disgustingly dirty, like it was open when swept and dirt and trash were trapped behind it. There was activity all night ... doors banging, people talking in the halls, etc.

Had a chair.

Family disabled and beds were too high. Slept on the chair the following night. Price too high considering the accommodations.
