The hotel was very dirty and smelled horrible the room had bugs and someone else hair and dirty linen on the bed . The shower was super dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned in months . I wouldn’t recommend for someone to let let there dog stay here .

The breakfast was pathetic. There was no hot water to my room so was not able to shower in my room the whole time I was there. I liked nothing about the hotel.

Everything was bad. There was minor children that was cleaning the rooms.

East New Orleans is not a fantastic area to stay in but there was no trouble during our stay

Booking.com said it was near the venue of my training. It was not it was 25 minutes away and I paid out of pocket $30 every time I went or came back to the hotel for a grand total of $120.I said i needed a handicap room. All the disabled equipment was broken or missing. It was not safe and my money was non refundable. The facility looked terrible and the room itself was deplorable...The furniture in lobby was old, dated, and stained, I had to pay a deposit $50 and non-refundable $30 early check in fee..

there were NO waffles. This is the FOUTH TIME. I was told next they will have waffles. THE BED IS ALWAYS THE BEST. The ac worked the water was hot. The room was clean could have been cleaner.

NIO WAFFLES. I extended by stay an extra day and my room was not serviced by housekeeping. I had to get towels and trash bags from the front desk.

1. Rooms were on the ground floor. 2.Our rooms were side by side. 3.Near the exit door to the parking lot, that made it easy to get to the cars.

1. Swimming pool was green. 2. Website didn't say that the pool was closed and used it as a reason to stay there. 3. Breakfast was an embarrassment, nothing good to say about it.

Location was great breakfast was good!

A lot of drunk young peoples, there’s no breakfast and if you lose something the staff is no help. they say if this is New Orleans, Cameras don’t work. left a day early.
