I asked for the room to be cleaned no one clean the room I was there for 4 days I couldn’t get extra towels it was sad

Rude guy at front desk. Guy told us we couldn’t stay at hotel cause we had a service dog was denied service every time from guy at front desk. No assistance from male personnel except housekeeping. Blood in hotel room on dresser and floor. Bullet holes in wall

Room was sufficient. Staff was friendly and everything was quick

The neighborhood looked rough and the security gate made me feel a bit safer. I had to drop my son off at the airport at 10 pm at night. I was nervous but made it back to the hotel safely by myself. The cleaning crew forgot to fill the liquid soap and the front desk did not provide any soap in the evening when asked.

Never had a bad experience at the hotel but walking around here at night is a little sketchy.

Before I even knew how bad things would be based on the area and look of the hotel. I told the front desk I need to see the room. I wanted to make sure I gave this place a chance. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! If you don't mind staying in a hotel that make you feel like a person on a drug binge, due to the darkness, dirtiness and griminess hey book this spot. I would rate this place a -5. The worse experience. The place was extremely dark and I mean like no lights in the corridor I felt like I stepped into a horror film. The room leaked with the chemical smell. The toilet didn't work. I immediately went downstairs and told them to cancel my reservation.

The hotel was in an area that didn’t appear to be the safest location. It was surrounded by a gate and you did need a room card to access the property. Once inside I did feel safe. The man at the front desk was friendly. Parking was in a covered area (very low roof) and I couldn’t open the back of my SUV with hitting the roof. The spaces were very tight. The room was outdated, the furniture was beat up and my blanket and sheets had cigarette burns. I wanted to check out after seeing the room. It was late so I stayed. I left lights on since I was afraid of roaches. The bed was actually comfortable and I did get a good night of sleep and did not encounter any roaches so I decided to stay. I asked a woman at the front desk to change my bedding/sheets due to the cigarette burns- this was never done. I also left a garbage can outside my door for housekeeping since rooms were not cleaned unless requested- the garbage can was still outside my door when I checked out. The walls are thin and I did hear conversations from the adjoining room. There was a small pool and breakfast of waffles, toast, bagels and cereal- these were the nicest parts of my stay. Day 3, I was feeling a little more comfortable so I only slept with only one light on- I woke up to see my first cockroach. Overall, I would not stay here again.

This property look like getto. Dirty rooms, bathrooms, not working AC, bad smell

My stay at Wyndham Super 8 in New Orleans was very delightful. No issues or concerns. I booked ahead so the price was good for one night. That's all I needed in order to move my son into the dorm at SUNO.

The online review rated this hotel 8 out of 10. Where most other basic business lodging in the area are rated 4-6 out of 10. But your Wyndham Super 8 is NOT significantly better than other basic business lodging in the area. It's probably about even with the others. It's not bad for basic lodging. But its not an 8. Breakfast was all carbs. WiFi was a bit spotty. Decor was 1977. I'd probably rate it 4 or 5. That's all I really needed. But your reviews are obviously fake

The hotel was clean. Room was only good for 2 people not 4. Beds are very narrow so 1 adult and 1 kid was tight but we did it. Breakfast was waffles, white bread and muffin. The cereal was stale. Staff was nice.

After driving 5 hours I realized i misplaced my ID and figure sunce i have stayed in the same motel before that they might take my reservation and online receipt and confirmation. I was wrong. I almost missed my son's surgery trying to deal with the Indian clerk on the desk. Didn't even check for my name or reservation on his computer. He simply told me he cant give me my door key to the room i already paid for the night. When my husband finally came to the front door he somehow was able to talk and pay for additonal $50 just to get a key. Even though the room was already paid for.

Had to walk thrue a hot hallway to get to my room

Specifically we chose this for laundry room- which was broken all 3 nights. Also for proximity to city centre- it cost $** each way for an Uber and was nowhere near the centre as it was described. No maid svc. despite requesting daily. Breakfast very poor. Thin towels but as shower was a weak flow, and dangling from wall, maybe for the best. It was gloomy- no outside window or vanity curtain so drapes had to be kept shut. Frog swimming in pool. Insult to injury was being charged $90 more than had been agreed. Told to contact Expedia- we already had- they passed our complaint to hotel- who did nothing. Asked repeatedly to speak to manager - who was consistently absent. Poor staff Disgusting hotel. Expedia- respond!!

Practical places to stay while in NOLA

My stay was for ten days. Since this is basically a budget hotel you can't expect the facilities of a more expensive hotel. Hotel was clean, friendly staff, daily breakfast, good location. I'm very satisfied for what I received for the amount of money I paid.

Roaches roaches roaches. Don't believe any of the reviews that say it is clean! There is permanent dirt ground into the light switches. We saw two roaches upon walking into the room climbing up the walls! Hard no.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The only positives were that they had beds to sleep in and the receptionist was a nice woman. However, the neighborhood and cleanliness left much to be desired. There was an odd smell throughout the entire place, from the entrance to the room. I even found a cockroach behind the desk. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Dirty bed sheets. Like dirt in the bed. Lumpy mattress. The smell was horrible. Staff was very friendly. People drinking in the parking lot and trash everywhere.
