Very friendly staff

Location is good.overally value for money

3 things I wanted to highlight 1. While checking in , there were 2 Ladies at Front desk who were very good and cooperative but after coming from the Park , when I collect the keys there were 3 gents at the front desk. One of them spoke to me. They behave as if they are not interested in talking. Not a pleasant conversation. Anyway , I collected the key and went 2. The ventil air(exhaust fan) installed in the bathroom is very lousy. 3. Room service can be better. They are taking the trash bag but don't even put a new trash bag after collecting the trash. Have to collect from front desk. rest all looks good to me. Since these are scope of improvements, I don't take it seriously but would request if can be improved. Looks fwd to see these improvements next time !!!!

the rooms were extremely clean and the staff was wonderful

the beds unfortunately pinched a nerve so that was the only downside but the staff was accommodating and switched rooms

Parking was great, and the room was quiet.

the location of this hotel was great it was near everything! didn’t have to travel far at all. also the poool was a PLUS as well!

it smelted like dogs even though property said no pets the Oder of a dog was really bad on the main floor

I did not eat breakfast. There were too many people standing in line to eat, then when I got to what I wanted, there was no food.

Need a larger server area, if the entire complex is anticipated on eating, and make sure there's enough food.

Outdoor pool was little dirty but water was clean and warm.

The front desk ladies were extremely nice and helpful. Other than that not so much impressed me.

Pool area was absolutely horrible!!! Rude kids! running using squirt guns. Breakfast was terrible.

Overall the hotel was clean and rooms were cleaned. The manager Jenny was very nice, understanding and sweet . Thank you .

The Lady Maggie that works at the front desk was very rude. I expressed to her that I had my privacy sign on my door and housekeeping came in anyways took my personal belongings and left their dirty towels in my room and didn’t clean my room , although they should have NEVER been in my room when the sign was outside my door. Maggie told me there was nothing for her to do , I had asked her for her name and she told me it didn’t matter, she finally gave her name to my Mother, we went down to the front and she was very rude put her finger in my Mothers face.

the sausage at breakfast wasn’t the best. very dry

Breakfast was great,pool and hot tub was good.

Two of the lights (lamps) were burnt out. Behind the dressers were very dirty. The screen on window was broken so we couldn’t open the window.

The free breakfast was good, with a lot of variety and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable -- we slept very well. The staff was most agreeable and courteous. Even though the hotel had a lot of guests when we were there, we still were able to get a parking space close to our room.

It was spring break, bringing noise and rowdiness to the hotel. I attribute this issue more to the nature of spring break than the hotel. Other than that, nothing was wrong.

The sauna didn’t work
