Everything was clean for the most part. The bathrooms were close by and the water park was awesome! Not a hotel like I initially thought when I booked, more of a CAMPING experience but definitely worth it! Overall a good time.

I didn’t know there was no bathroom until I arrived, but I guess I should have done more research on my part. The room did have a funny smell but other than that it was a nice room.

We were disappointed the facility was closed down an we could only use for a few hours an then had to turn the keys in an had to get new keys cause we couldn’t get back in to use bathroom or pools

Very close to a lot of attractions , many discounts on a lot of those attractions and many things already involved with purchase of room that makes it well worth it

Not a lot of campfire space or grills . Outdoor areas closed kind of early I thought 8pm would be more convenient

The staff was very kind. Check in was easy.

The room was very damp. You could smell mold/water as soon as you entered the space. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom sink and it did not drain at all. The blankets on the bunkbeds felt like sandpaper and were unusable. The room location was incredibly loud and did not offer much privacy. The "lagoon" was an over glorified pond. There was a lot of algae in it as well and had a terrible smell. The space was very small and best suited for children maybe 7 and under. It is very misrepresented on the website. There were about 8 kids in the area and that was already too many to be enjoyed appropriately. After swimming, the towels and suits had a horrible smell that filled the damp room for the duration of our stay.

We spent most of our time at Aloha Beach, which is a very nice resort!

The entrance to the inflatable area is very inconvenient and very confusing. While the idea of staying in a treehouse is neat the cost is not worth it. The shared bathrooms were very dirty!

my family loved the lagoon the swimming pool inside the hot tub the sauna location is fantastic with a beautiful view of all the transformers outside our window

the hard queen mattress the ultra thin walls the super thin mats on bunk beds (not mattresses plastic coated mats) the fact I woke up in middle of nite to go have a smoke and realized I couldn’t go outside so I picked up phone and got a revording saying we closed so I knocked on glass door with my key(fire hazard if there’s a fire and ppl are trying to leave and can’t because they lock the inside door (by vending machine) people will die because of this)

Really cool setup, much different from other hotels with the lagoon!

Thin walls, slamming doors, very noisy. It was difficult to sleep due to the loudness of other guests. There should be rules about noise after 10 pm.

We stayed in a Tiny Home. Kiddos loved it, felt like home. Nice and comfortable.

I do wish they had a bigger arcade room. Especially for the Winter season. It would give the kiddos more things to do.

Both buildings have a pool and hot tub.

Quality experience especially for the price. Close proximity to other major tourist locations in the dells. Overall very happy with my stay.

The pool was very nice and the front desk person. The location is ideal when visiting the Dells.

Looking up into the vent in the bathroom was a large dust ball.

The pool and the sauna are good, especially if you go at a time when it's not crowded.

There is no breakfast. The resort was closed due to winter. But they still charge you a resort fee! Is that for the pool and sauna. The pool and sauna are open.
