It was our 30th anniversary and everything was perfect. The breakfast was excellent! We also enjoyed our ride to the local concert. Van is an excellent host!

The property is so beautiful to enjoy an evening or morning stroll or just sit and talk in the garden. The entire house is so elegant.

The sound of the traffic from our room was a bit loud but we were at the front of the house.

It was OK but not exceptional as it offered no choices, just a fixed menu.

The neighborhood was less than desirable.

Breakfast was HUGE and delicious!! We were traveling with our Grandgirls and they also loved the breakfast. We had breakfast twice and it was different each morning.. YUM!!

this property is understaffed. Minimal dealing maid service. At night the place is locked up with no night clerk or security I could see. A bit creepy.

Service and Hospitality were above and beyond. The breakfast experienced reminded my family of living overseas, simple, elegant and delicious.

No fault to the location but neighboring households blasting their music(perhaps a party) was not always appreciated. On two of the three nights our stay, the neighbors located behind the villa seemed to be having celebrations that they must of really wanted to share with everyone within the 5 block radius. I don't know what the management could install to dampen the sound

It was a quiet little place and the TV was a decent size

The bed was big but was very squeaky and uncomfortable also the hot tub really wasn't big enough for 2 me and my husband fit in there but it was very tight

Darla's friendly smile when we arrived and her helpfulness; quaint, super clean main house; roomy villa we stayed in; beautiful courtyard; cozy breakfast room with lots of windows/light

The walls were a bit thin and I could hear the guests talking in the villa next door throughout the night. Although not far, you do drive to a separate parking lot and go through a gate to get to the villa, which is a bit more work when it comes to checking out (have to keep the gate opener until drive out and park at main house so can turn it in); didn't get to try the restaurant on site since they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays
