It was easy to find and the room was clean!
The coffee shop was closed at 10 when I went to get a coffee the lady cleaning said they were already closed for the day.

Everything is so neat and very clean.
The staff are very friendly and professional. It's a very nice quiet place to stay.
There's nothing to not like.

I found the staff to be very kind and did what they can to accommodate me.
Pillows not substantial enough too thin and uncomfortable, and tv channels available in the room. Room service during the hours the bistro is open would be helpful, saving business travel guests time when preparing for their day.

Price was too much for having no vending, over priced snacks they sold, no free breakfast, and a terrible location.

Right off the interstate. Hotel was clean and staff was nice.
The door seemed really beat up. A chunk of the fake wood was missing on the outside and the deadbolt lock on the inside just spun without engaging.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Clean facilities.
Staff were not friendly, and not competent. I called ahead at 6pm to have the pack and play put in our room. I knew we'd arrive late and baby would need to go to sleep right away. When we arrive the pack and play wasn't in our room and the associate checking us in was so slow. I've never taken that long to check into a hotel at 11pm. We then had to go to our room and wait another 20 mins for the pack and play and set it up.
In the morning the next employee didn't say a word and didn't ask us how our stay was. Both employees were extremely disappointing for such a nice hotel.
