It was so comfortable. The room was spotless, and the folks working there were so friendly!

Was a good place but there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and woke up with hives and trouble breathing. Think someone might have snuck in a cat. Don’t blame the hotel but was a bit of a bummer.

I booked my rooms over a month out, they were nonrefundable but I have had this same situation to happen before several times and all the properties allowed me to cancel since it was so far out, they did not! I even stayed at another Hampton just in a different location! Just did not expect this from the Hilton brand and was disappointed and lost a lot of money!

We waited to check in til 4:45 arrived and hate to wait for a room. They stated that half of their housekeeping staff called off. I know this isn’t their fault but I felt there should have been some kind of discount or something. Check in is normally at 3pm. We didn’t arrived til later and still no room available. It wasn’t just me either. I had a friend that also had to wait for a room and there were other people in lobby waiting.

Stay was very nice. Hotel is under construction, but our floor and room was very nice. Check-in was pleasant by a very nice front desk gentlemen (who also helped me later negotiate the TV channels/remote 😊).
