..nicely upgraded, with good features..

Staff was nice, bed was comfy, good selection for breakfast.

Shower curtain damaged, bathroom knob was loose

The facility looked nice, modern and clean but we didn't get past the check in process.

We arrived after over 400 miles on our motorcycles. We had prepaid for our reservation. Our room was to be on the 2nd floor. When we inquired about our ground floor request because of my traveling companion's disability that is not readily apparent, the Owner/Manager, who was checking us in, become very defensive. He was being rude and condescending to my friend. When I said that he was being rude, he canceled our prepaid reservation and told us to go find somewhere else to spend the night and to get off the property. I am expecting a full refund from Booking.com.

the rooms were filthy. the shower curtain had mold on it, the walls in the bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned for months and the hallways stunk terrible.

rooms were great, staff is exceptional facility verbally is top notch

had trouble with hot water in the showers. water would go from hot to very cold in a matter of seconds. not just my room

only hotel with a hot tub in town. Otherwise would never of stayed here. For being the biggest hotel in town it isn’t that good.

The front desk clerk wasn’t even at the desk. Had to ring bell every time I went to the desk. He was rude and didn’t acknowledge questions. And didn’t even look at his guests. Went straight back into the room he was in with door closed. Extremely rude.

The food choices were much better than where I stayed in Vernal. The hot tub was a good temperature and felt great after a day on my feet teaching.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for staying in the Duchesne area

It was a very spacious beautiful room and the breakfast was excellent.

I thought the room was nice.

I thought this hotel was way overpriced for the city of Duchesne, you can pay $170 per night in a resort town which Duchesne definitely isn't. The breakfast was ok but cold.
