Very reasonably priced property, comfortable rooms, beds and relatively new furnishings. The AC worked very well. We did not have the breakfast nor did we use the pool, miniature gold or pickleball courts. There was a lot to do for young families. The place was safe, quiet for such a large facility and it was very well lit.

This is an older property, fancy and well built in it's day. It needs a little TLC. The front door lock mechanism was a little tricky and should be replaced. There was a broken security latch on the inside that made the place look sketchy upon opening the door. The blackout curtain had some holes in it.

Breakfast needed fresh fruit and pastries.

Our room was too close to basketball and pickleball courts. Very noisy at times. They should put seniors in a quiet area of hotel. No coffee pot in room 😟

The room was nice and clean. The size was good. Breakfast was good and as experienced.

They finished the basketball court and the pickleball court. Very nice!

We liked the extra activities for the kids

There was a lack of proper maintenance-so many areas and amenities were either not in service or not working correctly. The same food for breakfast was served every morning-try alternating menu items every other day and having enough seating for more than one third of the guests at a time

Location, Mini golf, front desk gal

Bathroom was gross, missing drain cover, enamel broken, shower didnt work well, soaps were half used, very thin old towel, walls and windows thin, very outdated, very noisy, hot tub broken, ping pong broken, breakfast was gross (gray eggs, old meat, weak coffee), lots of teen/teams staying banging and running up and down til midnight. Back door left propped open which is a security issue. Quiet hrs not enforced. Room fridge broken and leaking. Always wanted to try this hotel and would never go again. The gal at the desk was kind, shes the highlight.

There were so many activities to do there and the breakfast buffet was awesome with eggs, potatoes, peaches, yogurt, waffles, muffins, toast, juice. Our room was big and comfortable. Yes the rooms are a little bit old but we got a Big Bang for our buck here.

Pool table and ping pong table were dusty, swimming pool was murky. In our room there was a big gap between the glass door and wall. We could not close it properly so the cold air came in and it was noisy when guests played outside at the basketball court and pickle ball courts and mini golf. Outdated.

That I couldn't stay longer

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

We were there for only one night. There was no kleenex and not enough toilet paper. We had to go to the desk to get toilet paper and kleenex. As we were packing up to leave we noticed the toilet bowl had not been wiped down on the outside and it was quite gross. If we had noticed it when we got there we would have brought it to their attention.

Clean and friendly! Did notice some aging bathrooms mostly, but did not impact our visit.

Conveniently located right off the freeway. Staff is very helpful and the breakfast is pretty good. My grandmother left her watch phone in the room and they called right away. Will update how the mailing went. The stuff outside is well maintained

One of the pool table upstairs is totally broken down and the other one is usable but needs work. My room had duct tape on the curtains and my door (115) had to literally be busted into to open it. That’s really hard on kids when it’s 110 degrees and the door is west facing. They got burned trying to open the door. Fix that shit

the property was good.

seeing a cockroach in our bathroom was a surprise. when workers lock an access to the building without posting a sign on the door is just poor management and customer service.

this hotel was a place only to sleep. the amenities and staff were very nice. however, the bed was suuuuuuuper soft. we couldn’t sleep. a little old need some upgrade. breakfast was a nightmare, there was no place for everyone to sit, huge line, then when you grab the food it was horrible, chewy eggs and sausage. I have to go grab food somewhere else.
