Breakfast was not good at all. We went down and looked and then skipped it. Some of the food was out, the waffles were soggy and the Danish was dry according to another guest .

Hot tub was not working and was not mentioned when we booked. When I mentioned it to the staff (day lady) she complained how we booked and if we would have contacted them we would have been told it hadn't worked in months. We booked for the hot tub so if we would have know it was broke we would have driven back to Dickenson. Male staff at night was friendly but the women working during the day was kind of rude.

Very clean. Loved the keyless entry. Able to check-in without seeing anyone, very convenient.

I couldn't get in the front door after 11:00 pm. I used the phone to call the front desk to let me in but no one answered. I was able to go outside again and use the keyless entry on the side door. There were two options in the keyless entry app, one for the south side entrance and one for the north side entrance. I had NO idea what door I was at. It would have been nice to have a sign on the door or at the keyless entry pad that said what door I was at. It was cold outside and I had to try them both before I got it right. Thanks!
