The location was excellent, and easy on and off of I-40. Great food options right close. If you need an easy, quick place to just sleep, this is a great spot.
I cannot stand walking out of a hotel into a cloud of weed or smoke. I wish all hotel would have a designated area away from the front door for smoking. It's not something I enjoy smelling or want my kids subjected to.

Coffee in the morning
My bed had hair in the sheets when I pulled them back. Not just one multiple, visible hairs. The shower rod was broken and caused the curtain to hang in the tub so much you stepped on it while showering. The tub faucet handle was stripped out so you couldn’t ever get the water the right temperature. Breakfast was very underwhelming. There was what looked to be a vomit stain on the bottom part of the mattress that showed because the microfiber sheets didn’t cover the entire mattress.

The beds were small but comfortable.
The room had a horrible odor and wasn't clean. The bed sheets were nasty and had pubic hair on them. We got a different room, and the sheets looked better, and the room smelled better. In the second room the TV didn't work properly. Literally took 5 seconds between changing channels. When it did change, it said no connection. We just gave up and went to sleep. Needless to say , we were not happy with our stay.

Staff was great. When I told them the blow dryer in our room didn't work, they replaced it with a brand new one, right away. Price was good, room was clean, bed was comfortable.
The room was smaller than most we have stayed in, but comfortable.

- The staff were very friendly & always said good morning etc.
- The rooms were very clean & the beds were nice & comfortable.
- I had no problem getting my cash deposit back. They were very helpful & cordial.
- Breakfast was good! There wasn't any breakfast sausage though & that's my favorite! Just kidding, but yes, the breakfast was good. The pancake maker made some pretty darn good pancakes!
- They had a Fitness Room which is nice because I enjoy using those types of facilities when I'm traveling.
Honestly, everything was good. Literally the only thing was my room was missing an ice bucket, & that's such a small nitpick I don't even count it against the hotel. Clearly just a small mistake anyone could make, & when I asked for one they politely obliged with no problem.

The building was hot. Our AC had to be worked on. The floor was soaked, and my husband fell. We were each given one towel. The room was not clean. The carpet was dirty. There was hair in the bed. The bedspread was dirty. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

I requested to get a refund or a waived price on the charge of one room because the images online were completely dishonest. The manager never spoke with me because they were never located. I gave the manager my number still haven't been contacted regarding a stay I never used due to the horrible conditions. I disliked everything about the location. The images online were very misleading. They gave the perception of a hotel but once at the location it was actually a motel. Told I was charged $84 I was charged $95.
