Price was ok...
Could not check in upon arrival... was told by the staff that it would be at least a 2 hour wait for a room to be cleaned, other families were already waiting in the lobby for their rooms... we made reservations elsewhere

Located near my every day appointment.
Staff wasn’t friendly. Skillet was disgusting. Bathroom floor in the corners were dirty. Bed spread had a hole in it. Didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood.

I only liked the location of the hotel. That's it!
Everything could've been better! My family & I was placed in a roach infested room! Finally changed hotel room, & the furniture was torn up & the curtains were ripped & the beds were "full" size not "queen" as advertised, I checked the size of the bedding! Definitely will NOT be staying here ever again!

They charged us an extra fee for cleaning that they had to do. We booked for 2 nights, and they failed to clean the room the first day. Horrible!

The beds were extremely comfortable I love the full size refrigerator and kitchenette. The free laundry facilities and weight room.

The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up.

The kitchenette and laundry facilities were great. Bed was extremely comfortable.
My ice machine in my room wouldn’t work and the hotel ice machine was out of order.

The furniture was very worn. The chair was peeling. The curtains were stained. The shades were very worn, there was holes in the shades.

Bugs in room that were carried back home in luggage. Desk clerk required hold on credit card for possible damages that should have been taken at time of booking. I believe there was possible fraud at this location as our account was compromised since this was the only time that particular card was used.

Great staff, comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and pet friendly.
There wasn’t a hot breakfast, but it was ok because we were there for Thanksgiving with family. Had plenty of food to fill us up later.

All but one Ev charger space was full with gas power cars and trucks. Desk clerk gave us lip service but did nothing to get these vehicles out of Ev chargers spaces. There were no signs stating only Ev vehicles. very disappointed.

the manager is very rude… accused me of dying my hair black ( my hair is platinum) in which it’s obvious I’m due for color job,

The location is great. I travel to this area for medical treatment, the hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, and it's always been quite, which is something you can't say about a lot of places.
I have no complaints.
