Lokalizacja tuż obok LAX, do tego darmowy całodobowy shuttle bus. Obok wypożyczalnie i parkingi. Obok buduje się nowy duży węzeł komunikacyjny, więc będzie jeszcze lepsze polaczenie. Duży pokój z aneksem kuchennym.

Śniadanie sztuczne, najbardziej zjadliwy był sos salsa. Znudzona i zniechęcona obsługa recepcji.

It is the day that windows system is out of function due to CRWD when we stayed here. I actually have gold member of Marriott and I think i supposed to get $20 dollar credit. Well, it seems the staffs are too busy to handle this unexpected issue and they forgot to give me this.

Horrible communication and horrible customer service at this location. We had to cancel a booking the day before our arrival due to one of our kids being sick. The hotel absolutely refused to a one night deposit fee. In fact, the manager on duty was very rude to me. Having worked in hospitality for over 20 years I know that this particular person was just being difficult. I will never ever stay at a Marriott again after being a envoy member for many years. I don’t want to be one any longer if this is how they treat customers.

La propiedad es muy cómoda en cuanto a espacios y opciones de comida contiguas.

El desayuno debe mejorar. No obstante el personal es muy amable. Creo que si vas a realizar actividades en LA, no es el sitio, es lejos de todo. Las fotos de piscina y patio son un poco engañosas. No existe el lugar con sillones y hogar . Y cuidado el estacionamiento es caro.

Close proximity to airport

We paid extra to be able to check in early. Family of 2A and 3C. We were sent up to room, lugged our own bags up because no help was offered. Opened room and it was a dirty used room that had not even beds made. Take kids and luggage back downstairs no apology, it was like we had inconvenienced them.

Good choice for breakfast, spacious apartments, location.

Convenient for LAX & clean. The king family room was excellent.

Apart from breakfast, the evening food options at the hotel were very limited & quite poor.

The room was nice and comfortable. It has a kitchen, which we didn't use. The gym area is small for weights, but has good treadmil's, elliptical machine and stationary bikes. The complentary breakfast was delicious.

Parking to check in was horrendous and the parking fee is ridiculous for one night $54 dollars. But, what choice do you have? None, that is why they do it. Parking for guests should be free.

I loved everything about the room including the little details when the tv is prompted with your name. Location is not terrible but having a car helped! Breakfast was good.

Breakfast is very poor, paper plates and sandwiches were donuts. normal toast bread would have been better.

There are a lots of positives like: - Very courteous and prompt staff - Super spacious rooms - Decent Breakfast - Kitchenette is in the room is very useful Also some useful tips for future travellers: - There would be an incidental hold of 250 USD on your card which would be released after you check out (for credit card - it may take 5 days, for debit card - it could be up to 10 days) - Parking would be 54 USD + Tax per day which would be deducted from the incidental hold of 250 USD taken on your card. Parking is very convenient (you will have to tap the room key at the entrance and exit of the parking lot) - For smokers: Outside the hotel, you have smoking areas (front entrance and the rear entrance) - Do not expect any doctors in the vicinity, a couple of clinics but they are useless. They will entertain only work related injuries. For any medical support, you can rely on CVS (a medical store) which could be really helpful.

Aucun service On n’a pas pu avoir de charriot pour les bagages et surtout, on a dû faire notre lit!!!!!

Hotel muy limpio con espacios amplios, fue muy comodo. El Suttle desde el aeropuerto es un super plus que debe ser considerado al reservar un hotel ya que en LA y en general en USA no puedes hacer mucho sin un auto.

No hay nada que comer despues de las 10pm.

las habitaciones son amplias.

el desayuno que te incluye es muy basico, te dan cubiertos y platos desechables, hacen la limpieza de la habitacion cada dos dias, no es diario. El estacionamiento lo cobran muy alto 50 usd por dia. Cuando fueron a limpiar la habitacion se llevaron el peluche de mi hija entre las sabanas y ya no aparecio.

Le canapé lit était inconfortable. C’est vraiment dommage que l’hôtel ne proposait pas 2 lits double dans une même chambre via Booking.com.
