The ROACHES! Roaches EVERYWHERE!! Absolutely disgusting! The dirty walls, the room didn’t feel clean at all. Absolutely WOULD NEVER BOOK HERE again. HORRIBLE

I had asked to checkin early I was told I couldn't and also #231 room had roaches in restroom

I like the comfort, cleanliness and quiet atmosphere it is on my stays here.

The security it seemed to have

Not being able to check in or Being told how most normal people have an id and a physical card. But the reason I am Im hotels is due to homelessness due to nobody fault but myown but luckily I have that mindset to know that . At one point If I heard that and wasn't able to check in i wouldn't have found another option and would have slept where ever I could.

Nothing

The hotel stay was extremely uncomfortable. People tried to break into my boyfriend's Mercedes Benz. Not to mention there were roaches in the kitchen. The doorknob was taken off of the bathroom door. The room dorr didn't shut all the way. I'm requesting a refund.

Didn't try it, but would never eat from a place that is obviously infested with roaches.

Cleanliness, something needs to be done about the pests. Front desk took too long to answer the front desk for check in and I made sure to put in my approximate check in time. There was no curtains on windows, so it made it difficult to sleep. There was no SHOWER curtain! No toilet paper! And no washcloths! There were roaches everywhere!

It was very clean! Surprised because Last stay it was not.

There were some spots on the floor that could have been removed with a little effort. They didn't have shampoo or lotion.
